- PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy establishes principles, scope and way of gathering, processing and using personal data, and also your rights within this scope.
§ 1. Gathered personal data
Personal data means all information of an identified or a possible to be identified individual. It may mean i.a. name and surname, address of residence, date of birth, qualifications and any other information provided voluntarily by you in the application, on our website, personally in our offices, via e-mail or by signing on the list of our newsletter recipients. At the moment of your data provision on our website, you automatically accept its use in accordance with this privacy policy.
§ 2. Legal basis for personal data processing
Personal data is processed by the Controller pursuant to binding legal provisions, especially pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation) – hereinafter called “GDPR” or “GDPR Regulation”, and especially:
- a person, the data subject, granted a consent for the processing of personal data in one or a greater number of specified objectives;
- processing is necessary to perform the agreement to which the data subject is the party or to undertake actions at the request of the person who is the data subject, before the conclusion of the agreement;
- processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the controller;
- processing is necessary for the objectives resulting from legitimate interests executed by the controller or a third party, excluding situations where such interests are overridden by interests or basic rights and freedoms of a person being the data subject, especially when the data subject is a child.
§ 3. Personal data controller
The data controller is Zintegrowane Systemy Techniczne spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company), address: ul. Al. Jerozolimskie 212a, 02-486 Warszawa, the data may be gathered while using the website while analysing the access logs and when sending e-mails by the user to the data controller – for technical, statistical and enquiry consideration purposes.
§ 4. Data protection supervisor contact data
The controller appointed the data protection supervisor which can be contacted within the scope of data processing via e-mail address: iod@zstgroup.pl. Traditional correspondence should be directed to the address of the personal data controller indicated in § 3.
§ 5. Personal data security
Zintegrowane Systemy Techniczne sp. z o. o. as a personal data controller endeavours to provide security of gathered personal data. We implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures for the data processing to be performed pursuant to the GDPR Regulation. Technical and organisational measures are reviewed and updated. The objective is to provide the best protection of personal data against unauthorised access by third parties, leakage, falsification, illegal use or accidental loss.
§ 6. The use of gathered data
We do not give access to personal data to any third parties without your prior consent, unless it is required by law.
Personal data is stored in a safe database, to which exclusive access is owned by authorised persons designated by the personal data controller. We have taken technical and organisational measures necessary to provide you with proper protection of personal data. Periodically, for marketing purposes, we may send you information concerning our services or other information which we consider interesting for you.
We use personal data entrusted to us:
- to provide high quality service to our customers, both employers and candidates;
- to constantly improve our services for you;
- for the purposes of statistical data analysis and market research.
You can cancel the receipt of such marketing communication at any time.
§ 7. Rights of the data subjects
Right to access, correct, restrict, remove or transfer – a person, the data subject, holds the right to request access own personal data, its correction, removal (“the right to be forgotten”) or processing restriction from the controller. The data subject holds the right to transfer own data and object to its processing. Detailed conditions of exercising of the above mentioned rights are indicated in Art. 15 – 21 of the GDPR Regulation.
§ 8. Right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority
Every person whose data is processed by the Controller has the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority in a way and manner defined in the GDPR Regulation’s provisions and Polish law, especially in the Personal Data Protection Act. The supervisory authority in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
